Vintage Love

Good Evening,

Freezing here again and have another card to show you. This is another of the "flat" charity valentine cards that I have had to make. For this card I used a Penny Black stamp that I had actually forgotten I had.

I used some papers that I have had so long I cant remember where they are from. Stamp coloured with shimmer chalks, embossed panel coloured with Tim Holtz distress inks. Flower made with a paper flower coloured with distress ink and sentiment stamped, cut out and triple heat embossed.

I have entered this card in the following challenges:

The Sweet Stop - sketch
Sugar Creek Hollow - vintage valentine
Crazy 4 Challenges - C4C72 vintage or shabby chic
Craft your days away - love

Here is a close up of the image.

That's all for now folks, hope to have another creation for you soon!

Puppy Love

Hello there,

I hope you are all well. It has gone really cold here again, so I spent the day hibernating in my craft room.

I am still going through my phase of making valentine day cards for charity and so I cheated a little with the image today which is a Cuddly Buddly coloured image. I do love CB images but I usually use the black and white ones and colour my own, I hope you forgive me just this once lol!!

Papers are from Claire Curd signature range, sentiments from PC, ribbon and pins from stash.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Mojo Monday - sketch
Lexi's Creations - valentines
Karber weekly challenge - spots and stripes (on the backing paper)
Sew Many Challenges - green

Hope you like it and as always thanks for stopping by.

Woo hoo I made a card with one of new digi images from Phindy's Place, this one is called "Remeber I Love You".

I coloured the image with pro markers, trying to shade lol. Papers are Claire Curd, doilie, flowers and crystals from stash.

I have entered this card in the following challenges:

Sarah Hurley DT Card

Here is my first DT card of the year for the Sarah Hurley challenge card and the theme is New Beginnings.

I used Sarah's new Wonderland CD to make a New Year card. I used stripey and top hat paper from the Mad Hatter folder and also a top hat topper where I cut the top hat out.

The card is dark green edged in gold but unfortunately you can't see the colour very well. I used 3d gloss on the hat and odd hats from the backing paper, although again it doesn't show up very well.

I have also entered this card into the following challenges:

Fairymoom challenge - sketch
Ooh La La Creations - a toast to 2011

Thanks for looking and please pop on over to the Sarah Hurley challenge blog and join in the challenge.

Have a happy 2011!!
